Shipping and order confirmation
We can ship non restricted products to any address nation wide. All firearms, firearms parts, and ammunition require a police mail order form. You will be notified via email after you have confirmed your purchase if an order form is required, and we will provide this to you.
All firearms are shipped via the dealer network.
In the event that goods are not in stock or we are unable to supply, we will be in contact to organize a refund.
We cannot ship powder , please note these products are pickup only.
Some orders may be subject to additional shipping costs and you will be notified of this via email after order conformation.
Returns Policy
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund (shipping excluded) at our discretion. We will pay the return shipping costs if the return is a result of our error (you received an incorrect or defective item, etc.).
You should expect to receive your refund within four weeks of giving your package to the return shipper, however, in many cases you will receive a refund more quickly. This time period includes the transit time for us to receive your return from the shipper (5 to 10 business days), the time it takes us to process your return once we receive it (3 to 5 business days), and the time it takes your bank to process our refund request (5 to 10 business days).
